mIRC is a wonderful program for IRC chatting, with an events handler, logging, and much more. With the events handler, you can add scripts to make your own bot. Like Samuel\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s extremely complex \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"Soldier.\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" Download it, it says you have to pay, but at the end of the trial, just wait, and then click continue, it takes about 10 seconds. Someone screwed up the link so I did it over.
